I volunteered with Make Good Inc. yesterday and today, and today was my final day of service. It was a pleasure helping organize clothing for the children—I only wish I could have seen their faces when they received such wonderful garments. I’m so grateful to see so many people making a difference, giving kids a little of what they truly deserve and so much love. Thank you for letting me be part of this; I wish the organization and all the families many blessings

Today, I spoke with my student about her upcoming trip to Paris and the chance to explore iconic sites such as the Louvre and Notre-Dame Cathedral. We also discussed the European Union and the requirements for joining as a member.
Today's class was very productive. We discussed the various types of friendship, strategies for learning other languages, the benefits of traveling and living abroad, and continued our reading of Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics.
Today, I continued with our reading of Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics, focusing on the section about Giving and Receiving in Friendship. Tetiane made noticeable progress in her reading, expanding her vocabulary and developing a deeper appreciation for the subject. We explored the different kinds of friendships, and it was rewarding to see her engage more with the material and enjoy the learning process.
Today, I continued the work I started yesterday. It was gratifying to see the people I met the day before, and I felt a sense of belonging, no longer a stranger, but part of a team working together for the well-being of youth and children. I am thankful for the beautiful weather and the happy faces I encountered, with the certainty that today is a good day and that God lives within us. Everything was perfect.
My second meeting with Tetiana went very well. We chose to read Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics and discussed concepts like friendship. Our conversation was both constructive and rewarding.
My first meeting with Tetiana—a Ukrainian woman eager to learn English through EnGin—went wonderfully. We met on May 12, and she was delighted to have someone to help her improve her language skills. I found the experience equally rewarding, not only because I’m able to support someone halfway across the world, but also because I’m learning so much about her culture.
