OVERVIEW
The Changemaker Scholar designation is a college‑recognized distinction for MDC students who want to make a real difference—on campus, in their community, and beyond. As a Changemaker Scholar, you’ll combine hands‑on service, civic action, and skill‑building experiences to turn your values into impact. Along the way, you’ll build a digital portfolio in the Changemaker Hub, develop leadership and career‑ready skills, and connect your academic learning to real‑world change. When you graduate, you won’t just earn a degree—you’ll earn recognition on your transcript, a digital certificate, and special commencement honors that show employers and universities you’re a leader who takes action. To learn more and get started, watch the Virtual Info Session via the link above.
