Sandra LaFleur Louk

Sandra is currently the collegewide director for changemaker education and social Innovation at MDC, a perfect role that allows her to work at the intersection of her many passions. Her "why" focuses on supporting the development of every student's potential to make a positive impact in our world. Having started her career in the youth development non-profit space, Sandra's past experiences with strategy setting, operational planning, organizational growth and change management, program/product design and execution, innovation and research, talent, and communications have all helped prepare her for this current role. She is always inspired by the students she meets at MDC and considers herself a life-long learner. When not working or studying for school, you can always find her outdoors or enjoying a good meal and conversation with friends and family!
