About
Founded in 1988 as an emergency shelter, ForKids has continued to expand through community partnerships. Our mission is to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty for families and children. Volunteer opportunities vary, but include after-school tutoring, childcare, administration, and working at our thrift store, Good Mojo. For more information on ForKids, please visit our website at www.forkidsva.org. If you would like to volunteer, you can contact our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@forkidsva.org.
