About
Sigma Chi Eta is a distinguished communication honors society of the National Communications Association (NCA) dedicated to recognizing and celebrating students who excel in communication studies at two-year institutions. As the first chapter in the state of Florida, we are proud to highlight the importance of communication skills, which, despite being increasingly undervalued, remain highly prized by the job market.
Our mission is to foster academic excellence and leadership through various community service initiatives and projects, helping students to enhance their communication abilities while building their portfolios. We welcome students from all majors, as strong communication skills are invaluable across all professions.
Please note: joining our organization on SharkNet does not automatically grant official membership.
